Questions

Before you decide.

What happens right after I join?

You get access straight away and land in the community. Introduce yourself in your own words, pick one challenge, and start there. You do not need to read everything first.

How much time does this actually take?

As little as ten minutes a day. The whole method is built on a minimum small enough that you can hit it on your worst day, because a minimum you only hit on good days is not a minimum.

I have no discipline at all. Will this work for me?

That is who it was built for. If discipline came easily to you, you would not be reading this page. The work starts with why the bar keeps getting set somewhere you cannot reach.

Are the courses included?

No. The Standard and anything else I build are sold on their own. This is the room, the challenges and the monthly teaching, which is a different thing and priced as one.

Is this another thing I will abandon?

A course ends and this does not. There are challenges running, other women in it, and somewhere to come back to on the days you fall off. Falling off is expected and built into how this works.

Do I have to show my face or be on calls?

No. You post in writing, at your own pace, as much or as little as you want. You do have to actually post though. Lurking is where this stops working.

Can I cancel?

Whenever you like, from your own account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no retention emails from me.

Will the price go up?

Yes, as the library and the challenges grow. Yours will not. Whatever you join at stays yours for as long as you stay a member.
